a, History: Urination frequency, pain or burning during urination, and abdominal pain

Pivotal Assessment	Finding
Urinalysis	Presence of white blood cells, which indicate infection; Red blood cells, which might signify inflammation or irritation; Nitrates, which can be produced by certain bacteria that cause UTIs.

 

Hematuria
